Lactic acid bacteria

The properties different from lactic acid bacteria are that they cannot live in the presence of oxygen and that they decompose oligosaccharides to produce lactic acid and acetic acid. The difference from lactic acid bacteria is that they produce more acetic acid than lactic acid. Acetic acid has a stronger ability to acidify the intestines than lactic acid, so it has the characteristic of preventing the growth of bad bacteria.
